4. Event Listings and Promotion
All users are responsible for the accuracy and legality ofevent details listed on Sembl. Sembl reserves the right to remove or suspend events that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their data uploaded to Sembl's services. Upon termination of the users account, Sembl will make reasonable efforts to delete all customer-related data within a specified time frame. Sembl is not responsible for any data loss after the termination date.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Sembl, its affiliates, andtheir respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from anyclaims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the customers use of Sembl's services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

17. Dispute Resolution

22. Liability for User Content: users are solely responsible for the content they upload or share on Sembl's platform, indemnifying Sembl from any liability related to user-generated content.
